Delivery & Timeframes
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the tracking information.
Delivery is free for all orders shipped within mainland France (for French customers, we only deliver within mainland France). For our customers located in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, delivery is also free for orders over €50.
The average delivery times for our dog safety belt are as follows:
• Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
• Germany: 5 to 10 business days
• Belgium: 6 to 11 business days
• United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
• Luxembourg: 7 to 16 business days
• Switzerland: 8 to 15 business days
These delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your location, but we remain available to assist you at every step.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European law applicable to distance contracts, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
This means you can cancel your purchase without having to provide a reason:
• 14 days from the date of delivery for products
Returns are free during this period. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to return your product in the best possible condition.
